Refund and Returns Policy

Digital Products
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final once the product has been downloaded or accessed. We do not offer refunds for digital products that have been delivered.
Brand Services
BrandKit and other service-based products: If work has not yet begun on your order, you may request a full refund within 48 hours of purchase. Once the design process has started, refunds are issued on a case-by-case basis proportional to the work completed.
Defective Products
If a digital product is defective or does not match its description, contact us within 7 days of purchase for a replacement or full refund.
How to Request a Refund
Email herma@thekstudios.com with your order number and reason for the request. We will respond within 2 business days.
Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days back to the original payment method (PayPal).
